Good Luck Sean!!

1) Only the most insane among us would wish for anything but a speedy/complete recovery for Rangers forward Sean Avery. Apparently there are still conflicting reports that Avery suffered a ruptured spleen and or went into cardiac arrest early this morning in Manhattan. We have received no further word from Dr.'s on his condition, although TSN states he 'will make a complete recovery' we have not heard any other official word confirming either the diagnosis or his prognosis.

2) We at FAUXRUMORS, who have been clear of what we feel of Avery as a hockey player, believe that is unimportant at a time like this. We only wish for Sean the best as he fights to get back on the ice.

Hey Faux, I appreciate your knowledge and expertise and I'm going to send you permission to post on my site - at your discretion. You can only if you want whenever you feel like it. Often or never; I just wanted to extend an invite.

Shoot me your email if interested.

Yeah Sean, speedy recovery... This type of thing transcends his antics on the ice... Real life issues must always take precendent... Heal well, so I can throw barbs at you again next season...

1) TDR: Thanks! We'll shoot ya an e-mail with our reply, etc! We appreciate it very much
2) You'd be surprised to see how many folks are writing that this injury is appropriate/karma, etc. Its not like Sean sprained his arm trying to high stick someone. He suffered a potentialy fatal internal injury. To find levity, or to enjoy his suffering is beyond insensitive

But Faux, couldn't you find a more recent picture of Avery? Does anyone remember his days as a King?
